- ½ lb Grassy Cow Cheese Curd
- ½ lb cooked Pasta (I used Campanelle)
- 1 lb Sweet Italian Sausage
- 1 bag frozen broccoli
- 1 bag frozen peppers and onion mix for stir fry
- ½ cup chicken broth
- Pepper to taste
In a large skillet, fully cook Italian Sausage (cut links into pieces) and add chicken broth. Add vegetables and simmer with cover on skillet until tender. Add cooked pasta and cook a few minutes more. Remove from stove, add cheese curd and pepper to taste. Place the cover on the skillet and let cheese curd warm up (but not melt) for about 5 minutes.
