Grassy Cow Farmstead Cheese:

Farmstead CheeseWe use our own farm’s fresh pasteurized cow’s milk to make our aged cheese. Our cheese is handmade in a vat the same way traditional cheddar is made. We raise quality, mixed breed cattle in order to maximize their grazing potential, health, and quality of milk. As season’s change, so will the nuances of our aged cheese.

Our Farmstead cheese is a young cheese, with a mild subtle milky and creamy flavor. Each wedge is vacuum sealed to ensure freshness. For the best flavor after opening, let the cheese “breathe” for an hour before serving.

Cheese Curds:

Each Thursday we typically offer three flavors and rotate them weekly. It could be our popular Dilly Garlic, Spicy Red Pepper, or something completely new. Curious? Stop in to check out this weeks featured flavor. All of our cheese curds contain Pasteurized Whole Milk, Salt, Rennet and Cultures.
